Our Services
Screening / Assessment Tool
Our rapid reading assessment can quickly determine an individual’s overall reading ability, fluency level, and risk for dyslexia.
Our assessment tool is the result of years of refining the specific features, content, and data most desired by educators and specialists. Individuals with reading challenges can be identified and action can be taken to provide an in-depth diagnosis.
Our Unique Treatment Platform
Our platform will be a gamified version of the Orton-Gillingham (OG) Approach, which will make for more engaging and effective treatment.
By introducing technology, treatment periods can be shortened by measuring the severity levels and isolating the deficiencies of the individual in order to tailor the treatment plan to their specific needs.
Machine Learning Technology
By using Machine Learning technology, our platform will improve the in-game assessment accuracy by using data to eliminate subjective judgment and reduce human error.
Additionally, the technology will significantly improve results by learning from its data and identifying patterns to customize treatment plans.
Providing a clear view of reading
Assessments
RAM Systems has partnered with Lexplore to provide an innovative rapid reading assessment tool for teachers. Powered by eye-tracking and machine learning, a student’s reading ability can be analyzed in just two minutes.
Our unique research-based process provides an immediate risk/no risk assessment for each child. In addition, it provides teachers with real-time data for intervention that directly correlates to a student’s reading capability. The key competitive advantages are speed, objectivity, and accuracy while also enabling personalized learning and optimization of resource allocation.
Early identification and treatment is the key to helping individuals with dyslexia achieve success.
Research shows that 90% of children will read normally if they receive help by the first grade. Conversely, 75% of children who receive help after the age of 9 will continue to have difficulty reading throughout their lives.
Fast, easy, and powerful
Early Identification
Our assessment not only helps identify children with dyslexia early, but also enables teachers to accurately identify children with reduced literacy capabilities for other reasons (e.g. attention disorders, etc.).
The eyes of a child with high reading capabilities generally move through a passage of text with short, quick movements, whereas a child with a low reading ability tends to move much slower and may fixate on individual words. By studying such differences in saccadic movement and fixation time, we can quickly evaluate how effectively the five major processes involved with reading work together:
- Letter Knowledge
- Phonological Awareness
- Word Decoding and phonics
- Reading Fluency
- Reading Comprehension

Treatment Platform for Children and Adults
Our platform will consist of digitized version of a multisensory treatment, such as the Orton-Gillingham approach. Our goal is to embed aspects of multisensory treatments within a set of 3-D games to create an adaptive treatment plan to address an individual’s needs through systematic and structured learning that provides continuous feedback and positive reinforcement.
More than 700 million children and adults experience reading challenges from dyslexia.
